Hurricanes will be surging the stage this Friday, to exhibit their many talents. For the first time, Klein Cain will be hosting its very own talent show. The show will be hosted in the Cain Auditorium starting at 6:30.
Students preparing for the talent show have been diligently working behind the scenes as they prepare for their performance.
“To be honest, I’ve known the song I am singing for many years now, so I’m trying not over-rehearse. I’m mostly just trying to make the song more interesting and engaging in a way that will touch the audience in a special way,” says Jordan Harrold, a performer in Friday’s talent show.
This will be Klein Cain’s first time hosting a talent show, and we have no one else to thank but the debate team. The debate team will be sponsoring the talent show this year, as a fundraiser for their club.
“I thought it would be fun to host a talent show, as a way to earn money and maybe recruit members for the debate team,” said Kim Varga the debate teacher at Klein Cain.
Students are beginning to show their excitement as they prepare to showcase their talents this Friday.
“I am so excited for everyone to see the show on Friday, and I think everyone will enjoy it,” says Jordan Harrold.
