The inaugural Klein Cain yearbook makes Landfall on D-Day
Yearbooks were distributed on Friday, May 18 as students were pulled in waves during their sixth period classes depending on their colored wristbands. The yearbook staff was at the gym handing out yearbooks to all those who had paid in advance, and students were able to receive their book.
“We distributed all the yearbooks to the people who got a book,” Jordyn Haynes said.
Everyone was able to check in on the yearbook table during their lunch period and receive their wristband so they could attend the party. They were also encouraged to dress in a Hawaiian shirt and stay in the competition gym for the rest of the day.
“I looked forward to seeing my friends at D-Day and getting the yearbook,” Gio Galvez said.
The distribution party was decorated in a Hawaiian theme and students were able to pick up their book and hang out with their friends while listening to music.
“I was thrilled to be a part of D-Day because I had never done something like this and it was very fun to hang out with my friends and bring people together through yearbook,” Haley Baldwin said.
