Klein Cain Theatre’s “The 25th Annual Putnam Country Spelling Bee” is currently still playing. The 2005 musical was written by Rachel Sheinkin, who is also known for writing the 2008 musical “Little House on the Prarie.”
The remaining show dates are Thursday, Jan. 30, Friday, Jan. 31, and Saturday, Feb. 1, at 7:00 p.m.
“[The shows so far] have been really fun. It’s really cool to see the difference between rehearsals and shows because a lot of us bounce our energy off of the audience,” Wilson Robinson said. Wilson portrays Douglas Panch in the play. “That makes it a really cool experience and super fun.”
